1. Acceptance of Terms

If your payment provider charges a transaction fee, that fee is between you and your payment provider and is not the responsibility of beta177.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal Conditions

5. Bonus & Promotions

beta177 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published for each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players with verified accounts who are in good standing with beta177 at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Each eligible player may claim any given bonus offer only once unless the terms of that specific offer expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used for wagering before bonus funds unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Bonus funds that do not meet the wagering requirement before the promotion expiry date will be removed from the player's account without replacement.

The Welcome Bonus is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Duplicate account holders are not eligible for Welcome Bonus funds.

Loyalty Program

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Players may raise a dispute with the customer support team within 72 hours of the bet settlement time.

Void Bets

beta177 reserves the right to void any bet placed in circumstances including, but not limited to: system errors resulting in incorrect odds being displayed; evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation; duplicate bets placed as a result of a technical error; or bets placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions. The stake of a voided bet will be returned to the player's account balance.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market and are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of wagering. beta177 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where there is evidence of bonus abuse, unusual betting patterns, or other activities that are contrary to these Terms & Conditions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the beta177 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may result in civil or criminal legal action where applicable.

• Identity fraud: Providing false, stolen, or fabricated personal information during registration or verification.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

beta177 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons set out in this section. Where practicable, beta177 will provide the affected player with a reason for the account action taken.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of duplicate account activity.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction.

Player-Initiated Closure
